Terms
The terms of this site, in plain words.
What you can rely on from this site, and what we ask of what you send us. They sit beside the privacy notice. Neither replaces a signed contract.

Read this first
- A price, an estimate or a budget band on this site is not an offer. Only a signed contract binds us.
- What you send through a form is used to answer it, as the privacy notice says.
- These terms are governed by Philippine law.

Who we are and what these terms cover
This site is run by Blueprint Builders, Inc., a general contractor registered in the Philippines; our PCAB licence and TIN are in the footer and on the Contact page. These terms cover your use of the site and its forms. Building work itself is governed only by the contract we sign with you, with its drawings, specifications and bill of quantities. Where these terms and a signed contract differ, the contract wins.

Using this site
You may read, share and print these pages to decide whether to work with us. Please do not copy the site to pass it off as another business, scrape it in bulk, try to break into it or its forms, or send anything through it that is unlawful, offensive or not yours to send. We may block a connection that does.

An estimate is not an offer
Figures on this site, such as the budget bands on the estimate form, the contract types we take, or a project's size and progress, describe our work. They are not a quotation. Asking for an estimate does not reserve a schedule or a price. Our estimate is a written bill of quantities with its own validity date, prepared after we have seen the drawings or the site, and it binds either of us only once we both sign a contract. Material prices move, so every estimate says how long its prices hold.
NoteBinding only in a signed contract.
- 04
Site visits
When you ask for a site visit, our estimator calls to agree a date and time. A visit is for measuring and understanding the job. It is not a structural assessment, a soil test or a permit review unless a contract says so. You arrange access to the property and tell us of any hazard we should know about, such as an open excavation, an animal or exposed wiring. Our people wear their protective equipment and follow your site rules. We tell you before we come whether a visit is charged.
- 05
Drawings and files you send us
If you send drawings, photographs, surveys or a bill of quantities, whether by e-mail after your request or through any upload this site offers, you confirm you have the right to share them. They stay yours, and the architect's or engineer's copyright in them stays theirs. We use them only to estimate, plan and, if we are hired, build your project, and we never reuse your design for anyone else. They are kept with your inquiry for as long as the privacy notice says. Send copies, not originals; a signed and sealed set we receive on paper is returned when you ask.
- 06
Forms and the spam check
Every form on this site is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells a person from an automated sender, usually without a puzzle. For that one check Cloudflare reads technical signals from your browser under its own privacy policy; we do not use them to identify you or to advertise to you. If the check cannot load, the form cannot be sent, so call or e-mail us instead. Every form that arrives is read by a person. Sending one does not create a contract or a job.

Photographs and content on this site
The text, the design, the mark and the photographs on this site belong to Blueprint Builders, Inc. or are used under licence. Some photographs show the kind of work we do rather than a particular project; a project's sheet on the Projects page shows that project's own photographs where it has them, and its facts (city, kind of work, progress, turnover year) come from our project records. You may link to any page and quote a short passage with a link back. Ask us before reusing a photograph or the mark.
- 08
Applications and accreditation
Applying for a job or for accreditation through this site starts our process; it is not an offer of employment or of work. We contact shortlisted applicants and accredited partners ourselves, at the phone or e-mail they gave. We never ask for a fee to apply, to be interviewed or to be accredited. If anyone asks you for one in our name, it is not us: tell us at once.

Links to other sites
Links to maps, to government offices (PCAB, DOLE, BIR, the National Privacy Commission) and to other sites are there for your convenience. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for them.

How far we answer for this site
We keep the site's facts current: the counts and the portfolio are read from our project records and refreshed every few minutes. Even so, the site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of error, and as far as the law allows we are not liable for a loss that comes from relying on the site alone instead of a written estimate or a signed contract. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
- 11
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The revision date in the title block at the top of this page changes when we do. The version on the site when you send a form is the one that applies to it.
- 12
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. A dispute about them goes to the proper courts of the city of our principal office, shown on the Contact page. A dispute under a construction contract follows that contract, including any arbitration before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) under Executive Order No. 1008.
