Who we are
General contractors, for private clients.
We are a general contractor licensed by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board. We build for families, for developers, and for companies and institutions: houses and subdivision units, low- and mid-rise buildings, and the fit-out of offices, shops and clinics.
We take private work only, and we price it so it can be checked: a bill of quantities before you sign, a lump sum or agreed rates, and billings that follow the work your own quantity surveyor certifies.

We bill only what your quantity surveyor certifies. The down payment is recouped and the retention held, on every billing, in writing.
