Mason

Concrete, CHB laying, plastering and tile setting.

Qualifications

  • TESDA Masonry NC II preferred.
  • 2+ years on building sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lay CHB walls true to line and plumb.
  • Place and finish concrete.
  • Plaster and set tiles to the specified finish.
  • Keep tools and the work area clean.

Safety Officer

Keeps the site within the Construction Safety and Health Program and DOLE D.O. 13: inductions, toolbox talks, permits and incident reports.

Read and apply

Qualifications

  • Accredited Safety Officer 2 or 3 (40-hour BOSH/COSH).
  • 2+ years on construction sites.
  • First-aid certified.

Responsibilities

  • Run the induction of every new worker and the daily toolbox talk.
  • Inspect scaffolds, edges, ladders and PPE every day.
  • Issue work permits for hot work and work at height.
  • Investigate and report incidents to DOLE within the required period.
  • Keep the site safety records.

Site Engineer

Supervises the day's work on one site: crews, materials and quality, and signs the daily site report.

Read and apply

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC); fresh board passers considered.
  • Willing to be assigned on site full time.
  • Basic AutoCAD and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Line up the day's work with the foremen.
  • Check formworks, rebar and concrete before every pour.
  • Review and approve the foremen's daily reports and material requests.
  • Measure accomplished work for the progress billing.
  • Keep the site safe and tidy.
