Subcontractors and suppliers
Quote for our projects. Get paid on what you built.
We work with accredited subcontractors by trade and with suppliers of materials and equipment. Accreditation is how you get invited to quote.
Requirements
What accreditation asks for.
Send what you have with the form. The purchasing desk tells you what is still missing.
Registration
DTI or SEC registration, the mayor's permit and BIR Form 2303.
Licence
A PCAB licence and its category, for a subcontractor whose trade needs one.
References
Three recent projects of the same kind of work, and who we can call about them.
Safety
Your safety officer or how you staff safety, and your workers' PPE. Our site rules apply to your crew.
Subcontract billing
The same rules we ask of our clients.
We are billed the way we bill: on work measured on site, with every deduction written down.
01
A subcontract with its own items
Your scope is written as items with quantities and rates, tied to the items we bill our client for.
02
Billing verified on site
You claim the work done; our engineer verifies it on site; the verified amount is what is paid. Claimed and verified stay side by side.
03
Retention and back charges in writing
Retention is the percentage in your subcontract. Anything charged back, broken glass or rework, is a line on the billing with its reason.
04
Your BIR 2307, every time
Every payment we withhold tax on comes with its BIR Form 2307, so you can claim the credit.
Accreditation request
Tell us who you are and what you do.
One request per company. If you work several trades, name them all.
Building something yourself? We price it the same open way.
A bill of quantities you can check, and billing on certified work only.
