We build what the drawings say.

A general contractor for homes, subdivisions, buildings and fit-outs. You see where your project stands every day: the work, the money and the paper that proves both.

Scope of work

Three kinds of job, one way of running them.

Whatever the size, the job runs on the same papers: an estimate you can check line by line, a report for every day on site, and a billing your own quantity surveyor certifies.

Drawing index

What you get on paper, and when.

A contractor is only as good as what you can check. These are the documents you receive on every job, in the order the job produces them.

Bill of quantities

Every item, its quantity and unit price, so the contract price is something you can check.

Before you sign

02

Daily site report

Who was on site, what equipment ran, what got built and what stopped the work.

Every working day

03

Progress billing

Only what your quantity surveyor certified: contract, billed before, this billing, to date.

Each period

04

Change order

What is added or omitted, what it costs and what it does to the completion date, signed first.

Before the change is built

05

Punch list

Every defect found at the walk, who owes it and when it closed. Keys are handed over when it is clear.
